Virginia High School Football - Trinity Episcopal can't get by Blue Ridge
October 7, 2006: St. George, VA 22812 The Blue Ridge Barons football squad scored 18 points and limited the visiting Trinity Episcopal to 14 in the Barons league victory on Saturday.
With the victory, Blue Ridge advances its record to 4-1 on the year. The Barons travel to Christchurch School (Christchurch, VA) to battle the Seahorses in a VISFA Old Dominion battle on Saturday, October 14. The Seahorses come into the battle with a record of 4-0. Christchurch School won 45-0 in their recent league battle against Nansemond-Suffolk Academy (Suffolk, VA)
With the defeat, Trinity Episcopal moves to 2-4 on the campaign. The host Hargrave Military Academy (Chatham, VA) to confront the Tigers in a non-league outing on Friday, October 13. The Tigers go into the outing with a record of 2-3. Hargrave Military Academy won 31-16 in their recent non-league outing against Randolph-Macon Academy (Front Royal, VA)
