Olympic Trojans (Charlotte, NC) fans exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Myers Park Mustangs (Charlotte, NC), 3-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Olympic upgrades its record to 4-0 on the season. The Trojans host East Gaston (Mt. Holly, NC) to battle the Warriors in a 4A/3A MEGA 7 test on Friday, March 9. The Warriors come into the test with a record of 2-1. East Gaston won 14-7 in their recent league test against Phillip O. Berry Academy of Technology (Charlotte, NC)

With the defeat, Myers Park falls to 2-2 on the season. The Mustangs travel to Butler (Matthews, NC) to battle the Bulldogs in a 4A Southwestern test on Friday, March 9. The Bulldogs enter the battle with a record of 2-2. Butler lost 10-9 in their recent non-league battle against Hickory Ridge (Harrisburg, NC)
