The Panthers now possess a 1-4 record. They play next when they travel to Harlingen for a non-league battle on Monday, December 5. Weslaco will meet a Cardinals team coming off a 74-68 non-league win over San Benito (San Benito, TX). The Cardinals record now stands at 7-0.
The Cardinals (5-9) will now prepare for their battle against Edison (San Antonio, TX). The Golden Bears come into the 4A Region IV District 29 battle with a 8-6 record. In their last battle, Edison was nudged by Travis (Austin, TX), 48-37, in a non-league battle.
