The Robinson Rockets routed the visiting Connally Cadets basketball team by a final score of 90-45 in Friday's league game.

In their next game, the Rockets face the Lorena Leopards (Lorena, TX) in a 3A Region III District 17 game, on Tuesday, January 28. Robinson will attempt to move on its 6-1 season record. The Leopards enter the game with a 10-6 record after their 60-42 league loss to La Vega (Waco, TX).

With the defeat, Connally moves to 9-17 on the year. The Cadets host China Spring (China Spring, TX) to face the Cougars in a 3A Region III District 17 game on Tuesday, January 28. The Cougars enter the game with a record of 12-11. China Spring won 62-41 in their recent league game against West (West, TX)
