The Rogers Royals basketball team scored 68 points and held the host Zimmerman Thunder to 30 in the Royals league triumph on Tuesday.

The Royals now sport a 8-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Cambridge-Isanti for a Mississippi 8 contest on Friday, January 23. Rogers will meet a Bluejackets team coming off a 46-42 league win over Becker (Becker, MN). The Bluejackets record now stands at 9-3.

The Thunder (3-9) will now prepare for their contest against Big Lake (Big Lake, MN). The Hornets enter the Mississippi 8 contest with a 6-5 record. In their last contest, Big Lake was routed by Princeton (Princeton, MN), 59-40, in a league contest.
