Illinois High School Basketball - North Shore Country Day holds off Chicago International Charter-Northtown Academy
November 20, 2010: Winnetka, IL 60093 North Shore Country Day Raiders (Winnetka, IL) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Chicago International Charter-Northtown Academy Pumas (Chicago, IL), 49-42 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, North Shore Country Day upgrades its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Raiders travel to St. Scholastica Academy (Chicago, IL) to play the Stingers in a non-league bout on Monday, November 22. The Stingers come into the bout with a record of 2-1. St. Scholastica Academy won 38-22 in their recent league bout against St. Gregory (Chicago, IL)
Next up, the Pumas play the St. Gregory Greyhounds (Chicago, IL) in a non-league bout, on Monday, November 22. Chicago International Charter-Northtown Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The Greyhounds come into the bout with a 0-3 record after their 38-22 league loss to St. Scholastica Academy (Chicago, IL).
