April 13, 2012: Riner, VA 24149 Radford Bobcats (Radford, VA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Auburn Eagles (Riner, VA), 12-1 in a league test.
With the win, Radford upgrades its record to 9-6 on the season. The Bobcats host Giles (Pearisburg, VA) to battle the Spartans in a A Three Rivers test on Tuesday, April 17. The Spartans come into the test with a record of 9-3.
With the defeat, Auburn falls to 5-4 on the season. The Eagles travel to James River (Buchanan, VA) to battle the Knights in a non-league test on Monday, April 16. The Knights come into the test with a record of 4-7. James River won 8-2 in their recent non-league test against Chaminade (West Hills, CA)
