The Crest Chargers crushed the visiting Olympic Trojans baseball team by a count of 9-1 in Monday's non-league bout.

The Chargers now possess a 7-2 record. They take the field next when they host South Point for a 3A Big South bout on Tuesday, April 9. Crest will face a Red Raiders team coming off a 9-1 league win over Ashbrook (Gastonia, NC). The Red Raiders record now stands at 12-0.

Next, the Trojans face the East Lincoln Mustangs (Denver, NC) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, April 3. Olympic will attempt to move on its 8-5 season record. The Mustangs enter the bout with a 9-3 record after their 6-3 league win over Cherryville (Cherryville, NC).
