January 17, 2012: Leonardtown, MD 20650 In Tuesday's league outing, the St. Mary's Ryken (Leonardtown, MD) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Archbishop Carroll Lions (Washington, DC), by a margin of 69-38.
The (10-6) will now prepare for their outing against St. John's (Washington, DC). The Cadets go into the Washington Catholic outing with a 13-4 record.
The Lions now own a 10-6 record. They take the field next when they host Bishop McNamara for a Washington Catholic outing on Friday, January 20. Archbishop Carroll will clash with a Mustangs squad coming off a 52-41 league loss to Seton (Bladensburg, MD). The Mustangs record now stands at 11-5.
