In Friday's league match, the visiting Lowry Buckaroos football squad scored a big 51-6 victory over the Sparks Railroaders.

In their next game, the Buckaroos clash with the Spring Creek Spartans (Spring Creek, NV) in a Northern 3A match, on Friday, October 8. Lowry will attempt to move on its 5-1 season record. The Spartans enter the match with a 2-3 record after their 20-19 league win over Churchill County (Fallon, NV).
