Sabino Sabercats (Tucson, AZ) fans were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team get by the host Rio Rico Hawks (Rio Rico, AZ), 3-2 in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Sabercats battle the Salpointe Catholic Lancers (Tucson, AZ) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 8. Sabino will attempt to move on its 9-4 season record. The Lancers go into the challenge with a 12-3 record after their 5-1 league win over Ironwood Ridge (Tucson, AZ).
