Connecticut High School Basketball - Norwalk fells Trinity Catholic
February 4, 2014: Stamford, CT 06905 Norwalk Bears (Norwalk, CT) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Trinity Catholic Crusaders (Stamford, CT), 55-47 in a league bout.
With the win, Norwalk upgrades its record to 6-9 on the season. The Bears host Wilton (Wilton, CT) to play the Warriors in a Fairfield County bout on Friday, February 7. The Warriors go into the bout with a record of 14-1. Wilton won 65-29 in their recent league challenge against Harding (Bridgeport, CT)
Next up, the Crusaders confront the New Canaan Rams (New Canaan, CT) in a Fairfield County challenge, on Friday, February 7. Trinity Catholic will attempt to improve on its 2-13 season record. The Rams come into the challenge with a 2-14 record after their 51-37 league loss to Bridgeport Central (Bridgeport, CT).
