August 23, 2013: Chattanooga, TN 37412 In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Walker Valley Mustangs football squad scored a good 21-3 victory over the East Ridge Pioneers.
In their next game, the Mustangs clash with the Sequoyah Chiefs (Madisonville, TN) in a non-league match, on Friday, August 30. Walker Valley will attempt to move on its 1-0 season record. The Chiefs enter the match with a 1-0 record after their 41-0 non-league win over Tellico Plains (Tellico Plains, TN).
The Pioneers (0-1) will now prepare for their match against Notre Dame (Chattanooga, TN). The Fighting Irish enter the non-league match with a 0-1 record. In their last match, Notre Dame was toppled by Knoxville Catholic (Knoxville, TN), 22-13, in a non-league match.
