September 25, 2009: Boonville, IN 47601 Boonville Pioneers (Boonville, IN) fans left the game content Friday as they saw their football team gain a win over the visiting Mt. Vernon Wildcats (Mt. Vernon, IN), 40-28 in a league test.
With the triumph, Boonville improves its record to 5-1 on the campaign. The Pioneers travel to Princeton (Princeton, IN) to battle the Tigers in a Big Eight test on Friday, October 2. The Wildcats come into the test with a record of 4-2. Mater Dei lost 47-24 in their recent league test against Memorial (Evansville, IN)
