In Friday's league match, the host Temple Christian Pioneers basketball team scored a tight 43-41 triumph over the Perry Commodores.

In their next game, the Pioneers confront the Riverside Pirates (De Graff, OH) in a Northwest Central match, on Friday, February 3. Temple Christian will attempt to move on its 9-4 season record.
