The Weimar Wildcats basketball team scored 64 points and held the host Louise Hornets to 32 in the Wildcats league triumph on Friday.

The Wildcats now sport a 5-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Shiner for a 1A-1 Region IV District 29 contest on Tuesday, January 21. Weimar will battle a Comanches team coming off a 43-40 league win over Flatonia (Flatonia, TX). The Comanches record now stands at 2-3.

The Hornets (1-3) will now prepare for their bout against Shiner (Shiner, TX). The Comanches go into the 1A-1 Region IV District 29 bout with a 2-3 record.
