January 15, 2011: Eagle Point, OR 97524 In Saturday's non-league match, the visiting Phoenix Pirates basketball team scored a good 78-69 triumph over the Eagle Point Eagles.
In their next game, the Pirates confront the Klamath Union Pelicans (Klamath Falls, OR) in a 4A Skyline match, on Tuesday, January 18. Phoenix will attempt to better on its 9-4 season record. The Pelicans enter the match with a 6-8 record after their 52-46 league loss to Mazama (Klamath Falls, OR).
With the defeat, Eagle Point moves to 6-8 on the year. The Eagles travel to Crater (Central Point, OR) to confront the Comets in a non-league match on Tuesday, January 18. The Comets enter the match with a record of 3-10. Crater lost 53-47 in their recent league match against Roseburg (Roseburg, OR)
