New Jersey High School Lacrosse - Caldwell can't get by Westfield
May 6, 2011: West Caldwell, NJ 07006 Westfield Blue Devils (Westfield, NJ) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their lacrosse team edge the host Caldwell (West Caldwell, NJ), 13-12 in a league challenge.
The Blue Devils now have a 8-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to New Providence for a non-league challenge on Saturday, May 7.
In their next game, the face the Verona Hillbillies (Verona, NJ) in a Freedom challenge, on Monday, May 9. Caldwell will attempt to move on its 9-5 season record. The Hillbillies come into the challenge with a 3-10 record after their 19-8 non-league loss to West Essex (North Caldwell, NJ).
