Pennsylvania High School Football - Valley View can't get by Abington Heights
October 8, 2010: Archbald, PA 18403 Abington Heights Comets (Clarks Summit, PA) fans left the game content Friday as they saw their football team nip the host Valley View Cougars (Archbald, PA), 10-7 in a league test.
With the triumph, Abington Heights improves its record to 6-0 on the campaign. The Comets host Scranton Prep (Scranton, PA) to confront the Cavaliers/Classics in a Lackawanna 1 test on Saturday, October 16. The Cavaliers/Classics come into the test with a record of 2-4. Scranton Prep won 30-0 in their recent league test against Wallenpaupack Area (Hawley, PA)
With the loss, Valley View drops to 4-2 on the campaign. The Cougars host Delaware Valley (Milford, PA) to confront the Warriors in a Lackawanna 1 test on Friday, October 15. The Warriors come into the test with a record of 4-2. Delaware Valley won 20-12 in their recent league game against North Pocono (Moscow, PA)
