North Carolina High School Basketball - Hopewell fells Charlotte Latin
December 29, 2008: Charlotte, NC 28277 Hopewell Titans (Huntersville, NC) backers were pleased Monday as they saw their basketball squad overcome the host Charlotte Latin Hawks (Charlotte, NC), 53-42 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Hopewell upgrades its record to 9-0 on the campaign. The Titans travel to Cannon (Concord, NC) to play the Cougars in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 30. The Cougars come into the bout with a record of 5-2. Cannon won 65-64 in their recent non-league bout against Harding University (Charlotte, NC)
Next up, the Hawks play the Harding University Rams (Charlotte, NC) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 30. Charlotte Latin will attempt to upgrade on its 6-2 season record. The Rams come into the bout with a 5-7 record after their 65-64 non-league loss to Cannon (Concord, NC).
