California High School Basketball - Yosemite beaten by Washington Union

February 10, 2012: Oakhurst, CA 93644

In Friday's league challenge, the visiting Washington Union Panthers basketball squad scored a nice 74-64 victory over the Yosemite Badgers.

With the victory, Washington Union improves its record to 11-10 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Sierra (Tollhouse, CA) to battle the Chieftains in a North Sequoia challenge on Tuesday, February 14. The Chieftains come into the challenge with a record of 19-5. Sierra won 55-32 in their recent league challenge against Liberty (Madera, CA)

Next up, the Badgers battle the Chowchilla Redskins (Chowchilla, CA) in a North Sequoia challenge, on Tuesday, February 14. Yosemite will attempt to improve on its 11-13 season record. The Redskins come into the challenge with a 17-3 record after their 54-47 league win over Kerman (Kerman, CA).
