August 29, 2009: Mayfield, KY 42066 The Trousdale County Yellowjackets football team (Hartsville, TN), was beaten 48-40 in Saturday's non-league challenge with the host Mayfield Cardinals (Mayfield, KY)
The Cardinals (2-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Paducah Tilghman (Paducah, KY). The Blue Tornado come into the non-league challenge with a 0-2 record. In their last challenge, Paducah Tilghman was beaten by Beaumont (St. Louis, MO), 36-33, in a non-league challenge.
The Yellowjackets now sport a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they host Jackson County for a non-league challenge on Friday, September 4. Trousdale County will meet a Blue Devils team coming off a 52-0 non-league win over Community (Unionville, TN). The Blue Devils record now stands at 2-0.
