The Longhorns (6-0) will now prepare for their game against Winters (Winters, TX). The Blizzards come into the 1A Region II District 12 game with a 2-3 record. In their last game, Winters overwhelmed Cross Plains (Cross Plains, TX), 33-12, in a league game.
The Bears now sport a 2-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Albany for a 1A Region II District 12 contest on Friday, October 16. Baird will encounter a Lions squad coming off a 62-14 league win over Miles (Miles, TX). The Lions record now stands at 6-0.
