Washington High School Basketball - Union nudges Wenatchee
January 3, 2015: Vancouver, WA 98607 In Saturday's non-league challenge, the Union Titans (Vancouver, WA) basketball squad got by the visiting Wenatchee Panthers (Wenatchee, WA), by a count of 62-58.
With the victory, Union upgrades its record to 9-1 on the campaign. The Titans host Heritage (Vancouver, WA) to play the Timberwolves in a 4A Greater St. Helens challenge on Tuesday, January 6. The Timberwolves come into the challenge with a record of 3-6. Heritage lost 66-45 in their recent league challenge against Evergreen (Vancouver, WA)
Next up, the Panthers play the Chelan Mountain Goats (Chelan, WA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 6. Wenatchee will attempt to upgrade on its 5-5 season record. The Mountain Goats come into the challenge with a 4-6 record after their 43-33 non-league loss to Life Christian Academy (Tacoma, WA).
