The Moapa Valley Pirates (Overton, NV) basketball felled the host South Tahoe Vikings (South Lake Tahoe, CA), 72-64 in Friday's non-league test.

The Pirates (16-11) will now prepare for their test against Lowry (Winnemucca, NV). The Buckaroos go into the non-league test with a 17-7 record. In their last test, Lowry defeated Sparks (Sparks, NV), 71-63, in a non-league test.

The Vikings now own a 11-12 record.
