The Victor Valley Jackrabbits basketball team scored 75 points and held the visiting Villa Park Spartans to 73 in the Jackrabbits non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Jackrabbits now sport a 15-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Barstow for a Desert Sky contest on Wednesday, January 19. Victor Valley will meet a Aztecs team coming off a 62-57 league win over Burroughs (Ridgecrest, CA). The Aztecs record now stands at 6-8.

The Spartans (13-6) will now prepare for their contest against El Dorado (Placentia, CA). The Golden Hawks enter the Century contest with a 9-9 record. In their last contest, El Dorado nudged El Modena (Orange, CA), 55-47, in a league contest.
