April 14, 2012: Oyster Bay, NY 11771 The St. Dominic Bayhawks baseball team scored 12 runs and limited the visiting St. Anthony's Friars to 5 in the Bayhawks league victory on Saturday.
The Bayhawks (4-2) will now prepare for their match against St. Anthony's (Melville, NY). The Friars go into the Catholic Nassau Suffolk match with a 2-2 record. In their last match, St. Anthony's got by Holy Trinity (Hicksville, NY), 4-1, in a league challenge.
With the defeat, St. Anthony's falls to 2-3 on the season. The Friars host St. Dominic (Oyster Bay, NY) to encounter the Bayhawks in a Catholic Nassau Suffolk challenge on Saturday, April 14. The Bayhawks come into the challenge with a record of 3-2. St. Dominic lost 8-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Grove City (Grove City, OH)
