The Ranchview Wolves (Irving, TX) football edged the visiting Poly Parrots (Fort Worth, TX), 27-20 in Friday's league bout.

In their next game, the Wolves face the Madison Trojans (Dallas, TX) in a 3A Region II District 12 bout, on Thursday, October 20. Ranchview will attempt to advance on its 1-6 season record. The Trojans enter the bout with a 4-3 record after their 74-0 league win over Diamond Hill-Jarvis (Fort Worth, TX).

The Parrots (3-4) will now prepare for their bout against A. Maceo Smith (Dallas, TX). The Falcons enter the bout with a 0-0 record.
