Preview: Comfort vs. Johnson City
Johnson City have had a week off and are no doubt ready to get back on the field. They will look to defend their home turf on Friday against Comfort at 7:30 PM. The two teams come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous games.
After low-scoring totals in their previous four contests, Johnson City brought some dynamite into their most recent match. They walked away with a 37-27 win over Florence. Senior Walker T. Sine, who rushed for 170 yards and 3 touchdowns, was a major factor in Johnson City's success. In fact, with 11 tackles Sine was a force on both sides of the ball.
Meanwhile, Comfort have had to suffer through a three-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They blew past Bandera 31-7.the rankings were on Comfort's side, but they didn't forecast quite such a lopsided result
Johnson City were fully in charge the last time the two teams met, breezing past Comfort 42-0. Will Johnson City repeat their success, or does Comfort have a better game plan this time around ? We'll find out soon enough.
