1. Tampa Berkeley Prep (14-2) - Still holding on to the top spot despite last week 65-61 loss to No. 2 Tampa Prep.
2. Tampa Prep (14-1) - Terrapins' coach Joe Fenlon celebrated his 500th win in style with a Headmaster's Challenge tournament win against rival Berkeley Prep.
3. Pinellas Park (14-2) - Up three spots after defeating Clearwater for the first time in more than a decade.
4. Tampa Plant (16-2) - Panthers still playing well after consolation bracket victory in the inaugural McDonald's Tampa Hoops Classic.
5. Clearwater (14-2) - Potent Tornadoes slip a couple spots after their loss to No. 3 Pinellas Park.
Honorable Mention: St. Petersburg Lakewood (12-1), Brandon (10-2), Lithia Newsome (11-3), New Port Richey Ridgewood (13-1), Land O'Lakes (13-3).
Girls Top 5
1. St. Petersburg Catholic (20-1) - Barons bounced back from only loss by winning St. Petersburg Indian Rocks Christian tournament with a win against No. 3 St. Petersburg Boca Ciega.
2. Clearwater (18-3) - Tornadoes' Keona Dixon among Pinellas County's best with 16 points per game average.
3. St. Petersburg Boca Ciega (18-2) - Pirates' losses are to Manatee (61-60) and No. 1 St. Petersburg Catholic 60-53.
4. Valrico Bloomingdale (15-3) - Bulls bull their way into the Top 5 with a 12-game winning streak.
5. Tampa Bay Tech (17-1) - Only loss is a 46-42 setback to No. 4 Bloomingdale during the Christmas holidays.
