Clemson commit Trevor Lawrence within striking distance of Deshaun Watson's career Georgia high school passing records.

It's called the Elite 11, the most renowned high school quarterback camp in the country for almost two decades.

Eighty percent of the starting NFL quarterbacks today were Elite 11 finalists, as were 11 of the past 13 QBs to win the Heisman Trophy.

One of this year's Elite 11 is 5-star QB Trevor Lawrence of Cartersville (Ga.). For the season, the floppy-haired 6-foot-5, 205-pounder has completed 91-of-128 passes for 1,848 yards and 20 touchdowns. The Clemson commit has thrown just one interception. The No. 2 recruit overall from the class of 2018 by 247Sports composite, is within within 631 yards and 16 touchdowns of breaking Deshaun Watson's career Georgia high school passing records.
