With the win Hilliard Davidson extended its winning streak to five games. HD defeated the Patriots 28-7 last week.
Rasul played well for the Wildcats in the victory. The sophomore quarterback threw one touchdown and ran for one touchdown.
The CARDINALS's Nick Petrucelli
played well. The junior running back ran for one touchdown. He has now scored three touchdowns on the season.
Hilliard Davidson went into the matchup giving up only 14.8 points per game. Thomas Worthington's 14 points were right around its season average of 16.1 per game.
Last season's game between the teams resulted in a 33-0 win for HD.
The loss comes after Thomas Worthington defeated Central Crossing 28-27 last week.
