Williamston expanded its lead to 28 points entering the fourth quarter. WHS scored once in the quarter on a passing touchdown.
Lakewood's lone touchdown came on a pass in the first quarter.
Last season's game between the teams resulted in a 32-14 win for the Hornets.
The loss was the fourth in a row for the Vikings. The win brought Williamston's winning streak to three games.
Lakewood (0-4) will play a Capital Area - White game against Portland next week, while Williamston (3-1) will take on Stockbridge also in a Capital Area - White game.
