2010 notes: The Hawks were an unusually young team by 5A standards, specifically on offense. They started a junior at QB, Aubuchon (3,370 total yards, 33 TDs); a sophomore, Griffin (33-770, 11 TDs) emerged as their best WR; and a freshman started at RB in Wortham (850 yards). Given a year to grow, expect big years from each of these players. And also expect the senior class to make major contributions. DB Jenkins returned two INTs for scores last year, while S Teague had three picks in one game alone. OL Juarez is receiving major college interest. Though only eight starters are back, Hebron should make major improvements in 2010 and will contend for a playoff spot. Asked if his team will be better, Brazil, 79-44 at Hebron, simply said "we have to be."
