Allegheny Mountain - Southern recap Nov. 7, 2012
Ridgway led Allegheny Mountain - Southern in scoring this week after putting up 38 points on Clarion-Limestone. Zac McKnight ran for 245 yards and caught one passes for 27 yards in the win.
The Elker made the biggest jump in the national rankings this week, rising to 11,804 from 12,084. They were able to move up in the ranks after a 38-13 victory over the Lions last week.
Ridgway's offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Logan Wickett helped Ridgway's passing attack out by catching one ball for six yards.
Ben MacDonald put up the best numbers through the air as Mark Heindl's team bested Clarion-Limestone. He had a total of two completions for 33 yards.
On the ground, Curwensville's Zach Tibbins has rushed for 1290 yards which leads the league. The leading receiver in the league this season is Jordan Russell. The Curwensville star has 48 catches for 630 yards.
In 139 carries Josh Greslick has accumulated 904 yard this year.
