Lancaster had enough points to win and then some against Littlerock on Friday, taking their matchup 25-7. Lancaster have a history of success against Littlerock, winning their last head-to-head 25-7.
Lancaster took a little while to warm up, but they followed up a slow first quarter with 13 points in the second. Meanwhile, Littlerock couldn't get anything going offensively, leaving the score at 19-0 heading into the break. Lancaster were outperformed in the second half 6-7 but had enough in reserve to walk away with the win. The win got them back to even at 2-2. Littlerock are still searching for that first win as they fell to 0-4.
Next week Lancaster take on Knight at 7:00 PM. Littlerock will look to defend their home turf against Palmdale at 7:00 PM. Littlerock come in off of four low-scoring performances in a row, a trend the team is obviously eager to reverse.
