Petaluma took an ego-bruising loss against Vintage two weeks ago, but they kept their chin up and bounced back on Friday. Petaluma strolled past Sonoma Valley with points to spare on Friday, taking the contest 30-12.
Petaluma got off to a slow start in their match two weeks ago against Vintage, but they had no such trouble against Sonoma Valley as they cruised to a 22-point first half. Sonoma Valley countered with 6 points, leaving the score at 22-6 going into the half. The other side of the ball was dominant for Petaluma in the second half, holding Sonoma Valley to a measly 6 points.
Both teams are staying within the conference for their upcoming matches. Next week Petaluma take on Napa at 7:00 PM. Napa are limping into the matchup on a eight-game losing streak. As for Sonoma Valley, they will face off against Vintage. Vintage are cruising in on a six-game winning streak.
