Casteel were the big favorite in their most recent match, and for good reason. They steamrollered Kellis 63-7. Followers of Casteel probably expected little less of the team in a season in which they have collected four blowout victories.
Casteel's offense came in ready to rumble, picking up 56 points in the first half. Kellis put up 7, so the score was 56-7 at the half. The Casteel defense stood its ground in the third quarter, giving up 0 and all but finishing the matchup. The victory bumped their record up to 4-1. Kellis are still searching for that first win as they fell to 0-4.
Next week Casteel take on Williams Field at 7:00 PM. Casteel have bulldozed their previous four opponents, so Williams Field might have their hands full. As for Kellis, they will face off against Independence. Kellis come in off of three low-scoring performances in a row, a trend the squad is obviously eager to reverse.
