Wilson had a rough outing against Central Dauphin last Friday, but a little bit of home cooking seems to have fixed things right up. Wilson took their game against Governor Mifflin on Friday 42-28. Governor Mifflin can consider this payback for the 14-21 loss they dealt Wilson the last time the teams encountered one another.
Wilson's offense came in ready to rumble, picking up 21 points in the first half. Governor Mifflin came up with 7 to make it 21-7 heading into the break. The offense for Wilson continued to do well in the second half, scoring another 21 points. The win bumped their record up to 0-1. The defeat dropped Governor Mifflin's record to 0-1.
Next week, Wilson take on Spring-Ford at 7:00 PM. Governor Mifflin will be defending their home turf for the first time next week when they go up against Cocalico at 7:00 PM.
