On Friday Otis will take on Arickaree/Woodlin at 7:30 PM. Otis are expected to win -- but not by much -- so they will need to come into the game prepared for a fight.
Don't be fooled by the insanely high score: we promise Otis and Idalia were playing football. Otis walked away with a 68-56 win over Idalia. No one put up better numbers for Otis than senior Bryce Miracle, who brought his A game into the match. He picked up 327 yards on the ground and threw 4 TDs. Miracle has now scored at least one touchdown in the past seven games.
Meanwhile, if Arickaree/Woodlin were riding high off their 39-14 takedown of Idalia two weeks ago, that ride came to an abrupt end. Arickaree/Woodlin took a serious blow against Stratton/Liberty last Friday, falling 20-60. Arickaree/Woodlin were in a tough position by the half, with the score sitting at 12-46.
Otis took their contest against Arickaree/Woodlin the last time the two teams met by a conclusive 55-23 score. Will Otis repeat their success, or does Arickaree/Woodlin have a better game plan this time around ? We'll find out soon enough.
