The biggest upset of the week belonged to Miller, who defeated 285th ranked Greenfield, 6-2.
Jasper added to the longest winning streak in Spring River Valley this week by beating Liberal, 42-6. The victory was the eighth in a row for the Eagles.
Conor Jones was a passing and rushing force as Sarcoxie beat El Dorado Springs.
Brodie Bien put up the best numbers in passing as Diamond fell to Lockwood. He finished with 11 completions for 123 yards. Bien's favorite target this week was Jake Goad, who caught 3 passes for 58 yards.
6-foot-1 quarterback Bien of the Wildcats is the league leader in passing yards this season with 973. He has also thrown 4 touchdowns. The leading receiver in the league this season is Zack Hyde. The Pierce City star has 32 catches for 524 yards.
Jones of the the Bears is only 24 yards short of surpassing 1,000 rushing yards for the season. In 116 carries Jones has put up 976 yards this year.
An important game coming up in the league this week will be when Diamond takes on Jasper. At the moment, Jimmy Dushane's team is in fourth, while Richie Adkins' team is in first.
The Tigers made the biggest leap in the national rankings this week, rising to 11,697 from 12,222. The improvement was the result of a 14-10 victory over the Wildcats last week.
