Oswego strolled past Flinthills with points to spare on Friday, taking the game 38-18. The success made it back-to-back wins for Oswego.
Oswego got off to a slow start in their matchup last week, but they had no such trouble against Flinthills as they cruised to a 16-point first half. Flinthills countered with 6 points, leaving the score at 16-6 going into the half. The offense for Oswego continued to do well in the second half, scoring another 22 points to put the game away.
Among those leading the charge for Oswego was junior Jace Wilson, who picked up 195 yards on the ground. In fact, with 14 tackles Wilson was a force on both sides of the ball.
The win bumped Oswego's record up to 6-2. Flinthills' defeat pushes them down to 2-7.
