Llano came into their this week averaging 34.8 points per game, but Llano fell well short of that average, and it cost them. They were within striking distance but couldn't close the gap on Friday, as they fell 10-14 to Navarro. Llano's loss signaled the end of their four-game winning streak.
Both teams are staying within the conference for their upcoming matches. Next week Llano take on Cuero at 7:30 PM. Cuero have averaged 47.25 points over the course of their past three games, so Llano might be in for a challenge. As for Navarro, they will face off against Eastside Memorial. Navarro have seen their point totals decreasing over the past four games, a vulnerability Eastside Memorial are surely hoping to exploit.
