Adding to the longest winning streak in Western 7B this week, Bigfork beat Lincoln County 20-6. The win marks seventh in a row for the the Vikings.
Troy led the league in scoring this week after putting up 42 points on Thompson Falls.
Thompson Falls' offense has been unstoppable this season and the Blue Hawks feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Greg Wadsworth has thrown for 1,277 yards and 5 touchdowns this season, while Dylan Vaught has 18 catches for 373 yards.
The Blue Hawks' offense has racked up 122 points this season, earning them the top spot in the league, while Bigfork has allowed only 103 on the year.
An important game coming up in the league this week will be when Thompson Falls takes on Todd Emslie's team. As it stands, Curt Kegel's team is in fourth, while the Vikings are in first.
Bigfork made the biggest leap in the national rankings this week, rising to 7,384 from 7,836. The improvement was the result of a 20-6 victory over the Lions last week.
