Blue Mountain moved up to 238 from 277 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in Berks Inter-County 2. The Eagles were able to move up by topping Hamburg 33-0.
Berks Catholic added to the longest winning streak in the league this week by beating Schuylkill Valley, 36-7. The victory was the sixth in a row for the team.
Blue Mountain's offense was unstoppable this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Shane Grapsy threw for 233 and 2 touchdowns and Bayne Keitsock had 52 yards receiving. On the ground Will Bornstein contributed 154 yards. Bornstein helped Blue Mountain's passing attack out by catching 1 ball for 52 yards.

Leading the league in both passing and receiving yards, Fleetwood's Zach Koenig and Michael Allen have proven to be a lethal combination. 6-1 quarterback Koenig has thrown for 873 yards this season, while Allen has 25 catches for 403 yards. The Eagles' Bornstein leads the league in rushing yards with 783.
An important game coming up in Berks Inter-County 2 this week will be when Berks Catholic takes on Hamburg. As it stands, the Saints are in first, while Joseph Sinkovich's team is in third.
Wyomissing led the league in scoring this week after putting up 49 points on Kutztown.
