Powell (Wyo.) put up 13 points in the fourth quarter in Saturday's game to seal their 30-7 victory over
Star Valley (Afton, Wyo.).
After taking the lead on a field goal in the first quarter, the Panthers were up 17-0 at the half.
Star Valley's lone touchdown came on a 78-yard pass in the fourth quarter.
Powell had given up an average of 5.4 points prior to the contest.
A 13-0 Powell victory was the result when the squads faced off last season.
The loss comes after Star Valley defeated Worland 54-13 last week.
In a 3A West game next week Star Valley (2-3) takes on Cody, and Powell (6-0) will go up against Worland also in a 3A West game.
