The cycle of college football recruiting is showing no signs of slowing, as young players continue to receive offers at rates unheard of even just five years ago.
247Sports lists nearly 600 players from the Class of 2016 — current sophomores — in its database, and over 100 players already have college offers
On the high school level, the members of the Class of 2016 distinguished themselves last year as freshmen, led by St. Thomas Aquinas (Fort Lauderdale, Fla.)

Bosa took home MaxPreps National Freshman of the Year
honors after registering 50 tackles and six sacks a year ago. He stepped into the starting lineup after his brother Joey, now a freshman at Ohio State, missed time due to an injury.
Ohio State offered Bosa during his ninth-grade year, continuing the trend of early recruiting.
While members of the class of 2016 still are not eligible to sign a National Letter of Intent until February 3, 2016, they will be making waves in the high school ranks in the meantime.
