Yosemite were the first on the board but had to settle for second in the end in their contest against McLane on Friday. Yosemite have to be aching after a bruising 13-42 loss to McLane. The defeat was a vexing one since Yosemite were expected to win based on their state ranking.
The defeat dropped Yosemite's record to 4-1. The victory bumped McLane's record up to 4-0.
Yosemite will have some time to rest before their next matchup, which is against Liberty in two weeks at 7:00 PM. Yosemite have seen their point totals decreasing over the past three games, a vulnerability Liberty are surely hoping to exploit. As for McLane, they will face off against Dos Palos. Dos Palos will need to watch out since McLane have now posted big point totals in their last four contests.
