Payson will challenge Uintah on the road at 7:00 PM on Friday. Payson are expected to win -- but not by much -- so they will need to come into the matchup prepared for a fight.
Payson didn't finish too far behind, but the squad still lost 28-32 to Mountain View last Friday. Payson got a solid performance out of senior Harrison Judd, who rushed for 136 yards and 2 touchdowns; unfortunately, it just wasn't enough for the win.
Meanwhile, Uintah took a serious blow against Timpanogos, falling 0-49. The game was over by the end of the first half, with no points scored by either team from that point forward.
Given their recent losses, both teams have a little extra motivation heading into this weekend. Find out which team's record gets a tune-up and which team falls into a funk by watching the game and checking back on MaxPreps for the full scoop.
