There wasn't a ton of movement in the power rankings this week, but there was certainly enough to keep things interesting. A special shoutout goes to Round Rock Westwood's senior Will Jennings, who scored seven total touchdowns in the team's most recent match.

McCallum got a 56 - 6 win over Lanier last week, and a key reason for the win was senior Alex Julian. Julian ran for 261 yards and also punched in three touchdowns. In fact, our algorithms singled out Julian as one of the top players in the power rankings for the week.
This Week's Top Game
One of the hottest tickets last week involved the clash between Cedar Park (3rd in the power rankings) and Hutto (5th). Cedar Park came out on top against Hutto with a 35 - 25 win. One major factor in the victory was the play of junior Ryan Fiala, who threw for 227 yards and three touchdowns.
The Liberty Hill offense has been a force to be reckoned with this season, and last week was no different. It can thank its lucky stars for its win over China Spring. The final score was a hard-fought 59 - 58. 59 is shaping up to be Liberty Hill's lucky number as the team posted the same point total in its victory over Burnet the game before. The combined 117 points was the most of any game featuring a power-ranked team.
